Being in a desperate situation for finances due to my vehicle being broke down I applied for a loan and Hershfield Lending Group called me in regards to a loan and informed that I was approved for a loan of $5000.00, excited finally I received from Hershfield Lending Group a copy of the loan agreement and was instructed to review the documents and if I felt to have the documents reviewed by an attorney.

After careful review I decided to go ahead with the loan as described, an agent from Hershfield Lending Group informed me that I would have to send via money gram the amount of $785.00 to secure the loan due to my credit rating. Following her instruction I went to Wal-Mart talking to her the entire time, once in Wal-Mart she tranferred me to her accounting department and this man talked me through the proper filling out of the money gram giving me all of the information needed to successfully send the required money.

Once the money was on it's way via money gram he then transferred me back to the original women that I was speaking with and she in return informed that I was to give her the reference number from the receipt so, I did. She then informed me that my funds would be directly deposited into my account on Friday at Midnight and that they may not actually be available till the first working bank day, which would have been Tuesday due to Monday being a holiday.

ON Tuesday morning I checked my account and no money, I called Hershfileld Lending Group 8 times on Tuesday and got no response except for an answering machine and left 3 messages for the customer service department and 5 calls for the agent that I spoke with originally and I have to this day received not one phone call in return.

I know that I am not suppose to use names but the Agent that I dealt with from Hershfield Lending Group seemed so nice and understanding so, Miss or Mrs. Sherry Michaels at ext 708 number 1-866-204-3440, I thank you for opening my eyes to ignorance and how can you live with yourself knowing that you intentionally day after day rip people off.

I have realized that I have been ripped off for the $800.00 but let me tell you I will never fall for this scam again and if you are thinking about using the Hershfield Lending Group for your Loan purpose realize one thing You are going to get ripped off.

I have contacted the FBI, the local and State Police, the City police in the area that Hershfield Lending Company is located and the Royal Canadian Mounties because that Ii where they had me send the $800.00.
