HERSHFIELD LENDING GROUP RIPOFF LENDING COMMITS FRAUD TO GET YOUR MONEY BEWARE ILLEGAL COMPANY BALTIMORE MARYLAND

HERSHFIELD LENDING GROUP......This company is a scam. A loan officer by the name of Kathy Golding contacted me by cell-phone on Friday, August 22,2008 telling us a loan for $15,000.00 was approved, she got my information from the internet. I spoke to her in detail about the loan agreement and gave them my fax # to fax me the agreement. I recieved the agreement and it stated as to what Ms. Golding and I discussed. I was a little curious about this company so I started researching it on the internet. I found no details, no web site, no anything on this company. Today I telephoned the Maryland Division of Financial Regulation to ask some questions about this companies Maryland State Licence they held, to my dis-belief, they have no license now, nor in the process, nor ever had a Maryland State License. This then told me that this company is a scam....BIG TIME....They offered me this loan of $15,000.00 with a 5 month pre-pay of $184.80 (total of $924.00) and our first payment would not be due until Feb. 2009. This too did not seem legal to me. I have the loan agreement in hand. This is a rif-off company that must be stopped.......
