This company sells "Therapeutic Natural Skin Care" products and makes extensive claims as to the effectiveness of these products. I found them when I did an internet search for aluminum-free deodorants.

I started to place an order for the following product priced at $16.99. However, when I got to the shipping charges, I was astonished at the $15 that I was being charged. At that point, I did not go ahead and place the order.

Lavilin 72hr Roll-On Deodorant

I contacted the company and got a response. Here is a copy of the emails we exchanged (in last-to-first order):

No those are not the postal rates. There are cheaper rates than that. I know, because I use Click-N-Ship for mailing packages all the time and I know what the going rates are for packages. A small, flat rate Priority Mail box costs less than $6 to send. First class mail, though slow, is even cheaper.

Now that I know you not only overcharge for shipping but also lie, I will never do business with you again, nor will I recommend you to anyone. On the contrary, I will tell everyone I can that you are a rip-off company that can't be trusted. Next time engage your brain before you open your mouth and don't think everyone you deal with is ignorant.

Shame on you.
