several months after I hired a Hertz rental car at the Brisbane Airport in Quensland Australia I was billed for $36 without any invoice or explanation

Upon ringing the customer services depatrment I was told this was the admin fee they charge for handing out your drivers information to traffic authorities if you incurr a traffic infringement notice- a fee that is never mentioned on car pick up.

This is a rediculous amount of money to pay and I object to having money deducted from my credit card without an invoice or explanation. It also indicates the company has retained my credit card information after I boked online.
