I rented a vehicle through Hertz Firefly fo $18 a day unlimited mileage and declined rental insurance per my private insurere Liberty Mutual who assured me they would cover my rental vehicle in HOuston, TX.

Upon renturn of my rental I discover that Hertz has charged me for insurance and bill is $100 higher and double what I had initially agreed to rent for!

Avoid this bait and switch and misleading advertiser and use anyone other than Hertz and Firefly!
