Heslei Fomin Silvana Fomin Rental Ripoff, Does Not Pay Rent, Serial Rent Avoider Boca Raton,  Florida

Mr. and Mrs. Heslei and Silvana Fomin were interested in renting my town house in Boca Raton, FL. Since they were already tenants in the neighborhood the Homeowner Association recommended them, saying they were clean tenants. 

Mr and Mrs Fomin paid first month and security because they told me they have to month for the last month of security. I agreed. On the second month already the tenant claimed not to have money to pay and asked for extension. After 8 weeks he paid $500 towards the rent of the second month. On the third month the tenant did not answer any of my phone calls, sending me a text message telling me he is in the hospital with his son and cannot take any calls.

At the same time, during the same weeks, he uploads regularly Facebook posts from family trips to California. The family trip picures, that were uploaded daily, show that everyone in the fmaily is well, the energy is up, and nothing about hospital is mentioned in the posts.

Then, I was notified that the last landlord, in the same neighborhood, also had the same problem with the tenant, and the landlord eventually got police officers to evacuate this guy from the neighborhood. Homeowner association did not know that story when they recommended him to me. 

This family is to avoid at all costs. I have spent thousands of dollars in legal advise to get rid of this guy. 

At the public records it is shown that he filed Bankruptcy in California and that he has done the same fraud there, in recent years.
