tried to reach customer service on hold for 45 minutes, outsource center of no help. asked to be in touch with executive offices, refused. finally got number f to allow me to speak with hp exec in charge of customer service. didn't care about my frustration at all. didn't help at all. when asked again to speak with executive office disconnected phone.  HORRIBLE customer service!!! beware if buying an HP product since nobody will help you resolve it.  if  you buy anything hp and it breaks or has a problem don't count on any assistance, worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
