HG Hunting and Tactical, LLC Holly Urban, Fred Thompson Never shipped order but kept sending shipping notification emails. Charged credit card immediately. Kissimmee Florida

 In July, 2013, HG Hunting and Tactical's website stated they had PMAG-40 magazines in stock and I placed an order for over $400.  I received a confirmation email that these were in stock and would ship in 7-10 days.  They immediately charged my credit card.  I received an email in a few days saying the order had shipped via USPS.

The tracking number was still invalid after 2 weeks and I sent them the first of many emails.  Their website said that email was the best way to contact them but I still tried calling several times, leaving messages with no luck.  Finally on 7/30/13, I received an email saying they were really busy and that the tracking number would remain "dormant" until the order leaves their facility.  I continued trying to contact them over the next four months.  On 12/3/13, they sent an email that they would check on my order.  Not another word.

Meanwhile, they had moved from Indiana to Florida.  I found numerous complaints in online forums.  The Indiana BBB gave them an F rating.  The Florida BBB says they are not a registered in Florida.  I hired a lawyer to threaten them but they ignored the letters.  I did get two registered letters signed so I know they are still at the Ft Wayne, IN, and Kissimmee, FL addresses.

By this time, it was too late for the credit card company to stop the payment (90 days is the limit).  If they weren't so elusive, I would turn them into the District Attorneys but I doubt the police could find them to serve warrants.  I should have researched them before I spent $400 with them because this has been going on for a long time.
