HGH Extreme Quality Blend Beware of this company's shenanigans Las Vegas NV

In april I received a telemarketing call from a man named Lee representing a company and product called HGH Extreme, Quality Blend.  They claim to be the manufacturers of a hormone that if consumed can increase the bodies production of HGH.  They make bold claims as to what the product will do; increases in energy, stamina, imume system, sexual libido, etc.  I was curious to try the product, the salesman was very personable and claimed to be a 78 year old man who'd been using the product for a few years and had received immense health benefit from it. I thought "what the heck" so I bought their product with the following agreed upon terms:

 I was going to try one bottle of it only, and that we would have a follow up conversation in 45 days +- to see if I liked it.  If I liked it I'd buy more.  The results were that I was charged $69.95 for one fluid once of their product. This is what the deem to be a 30 day supply.  I tried the product, I received no measure health impact of any kind and decided I did not want the product anymore.  The company's sales supervisor (Mary) agreed that I would not be shipped any additional product until I'd had a follow up conversation so I waited for her call. 

She did not call, but I did recieve a second shipment of the product after I'd been told that wouldn't happen. I also received a second charge to my credit card. I called the company and asked to speak to Mary (the sales supervisor) who'd agreed to not ship me any additional product until after we'd spoken,  only to be told repeatedly that she was not available but that she would call back.  I made three calls in which I was made this promise, but she never called. 

On my third call, I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was put in touch with John, who told me I would need to ship the product back and then I would be promptly refunded.  I shipped the product back and verfied that they received the product on May 13th 2013.  

The credit to my credit card did not come so I called again on May 28th.  I was told that the credit would happen that day or they would call me back.  I was not called back and did not see the credit so I called again.  John was verbally short with me and I was rudely told that they were very busy and that my credit card would be credited in 3-5 days. He offered no validation or assurances that my credit would be follow up with dilligently.  

I want to warn people that this company is a classic scam, selling a sham product, with over zealous claims and promises and grossly underperforming customer service. Their product does nothing they claim it does, and they will dodge and weave and avoid you at all costs to get out of dealing with your complaints or refund requests. 

If you receive a call from HGH Extreme, I advise you to save your money and the hassles of dealing with this group of scammers.
