HHGregg Extended Warranty Heath Ohio

We purchased a Samsung 60in 3d LCD tv back in 2011. The extended warranty was purchased. In may of this year the tv quit. HHGregg was contacted, they contacted the insurance company that handles their extended warranties. They sent someone out to service the tv but he indicated the LCD display was out of it and needs to be replaced.several calls have been placed to the insurance company and all we are getting is the run around and they are extremely rude when we try to find out what is going on with our tv. This is totally unacceptable, this was the top of the line tv and as of today we still have no tv or resolution to the problem.
