My order was placed on 1/14/09, and a month later still no product.

After countless E-mails and phone calls i have still failed to reach them. They won't return my calls even if i leave a message.

This so called company is a joke. They claim to live by their customer service. Yeah right, all that is a bunch of BS.

I agree, these people should be shut down, sued or something. Ridiculus!!!
