This company lied to me. Do not trust this company. See additional 214 BBB complaints, Missouri Attorney General complaints, and FTC complaints, against this company.

Company manipulates Ebay auction policy by negotiating price and delivery outside of Ebay and then doing whatever they please. They still owe me $937.

Company did not shipped my fully paid purchase as promised. Email responses have been complete lies. Company manipluates, and I believe violates, Ebay auction policy rules by promising shipment (through on-line 'customer support chat' out side of Ebay) of my $937 item on 11/21 if I "paid now", which I did. Company did not ship as promised, is now unresponsive, will no answer my questions, and as of today item has still not shipped.

I believe company should be held responsible for breach of contract and illegal business practices across state lines. They hide behind Ebay.
