Do not trust this place. From what Michael Alami says 'it is a small business' but they cannot excel in customer service nor keep track of checks owed to their customers. All they owed us was what was over charged to us, and it took them several weeks to even admit they had gotten the check and cashed it. Instead of realizing how patient we have been waiting for it....it is now June 16th and they cashed it to themselves May 5....I finally called instead of talking on email to find out what was the hold up. Michael Alami was extremely defensive and rude to me. Saying 'they didn't owe us anything'....well that's funny, if I had cashed a check of yours Michael, wouldn't that mean I owe you the money?? Thank you for your rudeness and I will post about you everywhere I can. DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS!
