Hi-Tech Repairs Inc. "I COULD CARE LESS WHAT YOU THINK THE PROBLEM IS!!!" EXTREMELY RUDE. REFUSED TO LISTEN TO ME. WAS INSULTED WITHIN 60 SECONDS OF INITIAL PHONE CALL Sterling Virginia

First, I must say, I love my television. I own a 55" 3D Flat Screen Plasma Panasonic GT30.

A few days ago my tv just turned off, and wouldn't come back on.  The tv in the living room is usually the hub of most families' entertainment; Therefore, I wanted to have it repaired as soon as possible.  The first call I made was to Hi-Tech Repairs INC.

When the gentleman (im just being nice), answered the phone I couldn't make out anything he was saying, so I politely asked him, "could you repeat that please?" - that is exact moment this man became clearly irrateted that he had to repeat what he had said.

He asked what the symptoms of the tv were, I told him verbatum, "the tv just turned off, and has not come back on". He clearly misunderstood me, or thought the wrong thing, because he then became extremely rude, and said among other nasty comments, "You think i've been in business for 37 years by listening to what you think is wrong?" He then asked again what the symptoms were.

I was shocked that he rose his voice and said that to me. All i said was that the tv turned off and would'nt come back on. After the man spoke to me in this manner, I stood my ground and told him, that if he was actually listening, he would have heard that there are no symptoms, my tv just turned off. 

This man then went on a rant (still couldn't understand what he had said), and hung up on me.  So, i called back, and after getting hung up on several times, he finally answered. In the process of telling him that I didn't want a problem, I just wanted to know how much it would cost - He yelled at me again saying, "I don't care what you think! I've been in business for 37 years!"

He told me if I called again, he would call the cops for harassment. All of that, and I didn't even get an estimate...lol

This guy does house calls; thus, I wouldn't suggest calling this man for anything, let alone allow him into your home.
