HIBU tricked people into signing up for their advertising promising that it would increase our sales. We had NO "clicks" and wanted to discontinue the service. The very next day we had all these "clicks" of interest in the companies.
We know it is a scam due to us not being a retail type business.
The signatures do not match those of the employees and we can prove it.
Now Rauch Milliken is harassing us and the employees personally threatening their personal credit, etc. and sending us letter after letter with outrageous amounts we supposedly owe.
These folks need shut down ASAP. I agree with others that this should be a Class Action suit. How do we go about it though?
This isn't just in one or two areas, it is nation wide and we need to try to do something to protect the next business they try to scam.
