HID country i orderd a flash light and didnt like the one they send me so i returned it and talked to a manager who was the owner and he said"as soon as he gets flash light he will mail me a another flash light a sarasota, Florida

I was looking for a bright flash light on the internet and found HID Country when i googled. i did found a flash light that was looking for and i ordered it and the price was $99.99. Also in the package you can order batteries and chargers which was about 49.99 so i did ordered the package.

I did received my package and ther was a flash light and a Holester but the battary package was not included and the flash light was not the one i wanted. So i called Hid Country for return policy and complain about the addtional items that was not included in the shipment. And i was told that " I have to speak to returns manager Mr Rich Dean and he was not in the office at the moment". So i called next day he was in a meeting, so i kept on trying and finally was able to talk to him after a week of calling. So i explained him what was going on and he offered me another flash light and the price was $39.99 and will refund me $105.00. I agreeed with the offer and he Said he can not ship the flsh light unless he received the one i had. So i shipped him the flash light and when he got it he shipped me another flash light but there was no refund chq. So i called him again and asked him for the refund and he told me that the owner has to sign the chq and i said that was ok. After two weeks i called him again and since then he was chaning stories. So when i called them again and talked to the office assisted  Tami Nelson and she told me that the manager has denied. i asked her the name of the owner and was suprised to hear that MR RICH DEAN is the return manager and the owner. He ripped me off and all i can call him is HE IS THE BIGGEST LIAR ..
