hello this all started when i ordered a set of audio enhancer sub enclosures from hi fi sound connection. they had a good price on them i had owned two sets of audio enhancers before and loved them . the day after i ordered them i called there customer service number which is 18772754434 it led me to an automated mailbox. so i left a message to return my call to make sure they send me the correct size boxes. they never returned my call. so i emailed a few times and still no responce. so i thought i would call audio enhancers becuase all orders for there stuff go thruogh them and are built and shipped from there facility. they had not recieved a order for me but the same day i called audio enhancers my account on hifisoundconnection said my order had been shipped. this realy worried me so i realy started calling and emailing. and still no responce. well my order arrived in a american sound connection box which is a drop shipping company the two pieces of crap they sent me were the cheapist boxes i have ever seen and were ovviously not audio enhancers enclosures they were very cheap boxes sent with the idea that i would not notice that they were very bad knock offs. so they ripped me off and audio enhancers also because they had made money off there name. well i contacted audio enhancers and sent them pics of what they had sent me i filed a report on the bbb and emailed them to tell them what i was doing i then and finally recieved a respone from through email telling me they would not refund my money becuase i had recieved my order. so i threatened to put my story on utube then they said they would give me my money back it is in the process of being returned now but thats what i had to do to get a responce out of them im sure if i had not went to these lengths i would have never heard from them

i believe audio enhancers helped me out a great deal in getting my refund and audio enhancers is a great company with great affordable products i would not have got my money back without them . so my advice is to call the company who makes the product and let them know what hifisoundconnection is doing to you becuase they can contact them and get something done for you so thank you audio enhancers i will find there products through another vendor. so if you ordered a amp or speakers or whatever just start by contacting the actual manufactures of the product they should know what there dealers are doing to good luck
