High 5 Casino Riping off players  Internet

I have been playing via facebook on High 5 casino for 6 months and have been ripped off for over 4 million dollars in credits one weekend and 2 million this weekend due to their game glitches and they will not resolve the issues.  Their support is emailed, they have been given screen shots of their glitches and called me a liar stating it was not their program that I must have logged back on and played, think I would know if I had done that!!.  To date they have not replaced any lost credits, they reply to an email once stating they will check into the problem then you might receive another email that they state they are sorry but can't do anything or won't do anything about the issue then not another word from them on any follow up emails.   I pay $250.00 for 2,250,000,00 in credits for them to steal when my computer has been logged off.  They set the games for no payouts, the bonus games freeze up among the other glitches, they pre-set the bet amount so you spend what they set according to the credits you have, the game pay tables are on a small bar under the MAX bet button so if you are not careful you are betting the max amount and losing, all this is being done to have you purchase more of the high priced credits.  They are rude in response to emails which are not done in a timely manner.  To date I have spent over $8000,00 for entertainment since I am disabled I do allow myself to play games for my enjoyment but this is getting to costly when they steal for greed.  I feel since they state the are governed by the state of NJ and NV gaming commission they should be investigated.
