 Made an order for Dog Coin Banks for Christmas gifts. Notified that I was charged, never notified of shipping. Nearly a month later and nothing. Just took my money, out two gifts.

High Class Universe I clicked a link from my Instagram account to purchase a dog coin bank. I ordered and paid for the product. I received a confirmation email with my order number from High Class Universe. My account was charged and I never received the product. I received an email that they were getting ready to ship my order and that I would receive an email when that happened. It never came. I sent 2 emails with no response. I tried calling the phone number associated with the charge on my credit card statement, but it is not a working phone number.
