I ordered two dog banks from High Class Universe after seeing their products on Facebook. I received a confirmation email. It also said on the email they would notify me when the products shipped.

I never received anything further. I have sent several emails to the address in the confirmation email and received no response. Also emailed the address listed on their website and still nothing. Upon looking at their website I see absolutely no contact info. No phone numbers or addresses only the one email for support.

High Class Universe I clicked a link from my Instagram account to purchase a dog coin bank. I ordered and paid for the product. I received a confirmation email with my order number from High Class Universe. My account was charged and I never received the product. I received an email that they were getting ready to ship my order and that I would receive an email when that happened. It never came. I sent 2 emails with no response. I tried calling the phone number associated with the charge on my credit card statement, but it is not a working phone number.
