High Q Auto poor customer service, liars, garbage, gabriel inglecias lookalike Plantation Florida

I was showed a car at this location, it needed minor repairs from what we thought. We show up two days later, now were told its a bigger issue than it appeared. Next the DEALS they have online are a scam to get you in the store. High Q Auto will tell you anything to get you and your info. The guy we dealt with was a Gabriel Inglecias lookalike. The customer service is unbelievable! You would think they would WANT to actually sell a car, instead they allow customers to sit in their "lobby" for long periods of time and wait as the reps you're waiting to speak with are joking at the front desk. our guy Raphael lied and told us he would lower the price, low down payment, low monthly payments... when it came to meeting with the finance guy RAPHAEL was no where to be found. He was hiding in the back and his "Associate", Miguel told us "oh he deals with phone and internet, he wasnt supposed to meet with you, we were short staffed". REALLY! because it looked like everyone was hanging out at the front desk and watching football in the back. Another irritating thing about High Q Auto is they dont call back, instead ... Every time you call you are put on hold so the person youre speaking to can ask "the boss". DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLES HERE. Very unprofessional.
