Highland Lending Services scam finance company Jersey City New Jersey

5/6/2007 I have been in contact with David Mercer on receiving a loan in the amount of $5000 which I was very excited so I can finally get out of debt and start rebuilding my credit. I sent $700 to go towards my first months of payments on 5/6/08 and was told that the funds would be in my account no later than 5pm 5/7/08. I am just waiting to see what happens. Spack azle, Texas

5/7/08 Was contacted by Greg Simons telling me I would have to send another $700 before I could get the loan because of some insurance. I told him that at this time I knew they were a scam and I wanted my money back. He said that on their next billing cycle of June 4th they would direct deposit my money. I mad him aware that I wanted Cash as I had sent them and again he told me that on June 4th I would get my money. I have contacted my lawyer and turn them into the BBB and Consumer affairs. I have also contacted the Jersey City Police force with this information. I am determined that this will not happen to anyone else.
