Merchants protect yourself from shams. God forgive me for working  at this monkey business. Less than 1 year...

This company can't decide on its own business names for obvious reasons. It's a farce, and a deception to potential merchants.Only a few of the callers working there actually used their real names. The caller I.D. shows Greenstone, but they introduce the company as Greystone Corp. Inside the office the name Highland Payment is tacked on the wall. This family owned, and absentee-operated establishment is dismal and non-productive. Greystone Corp. along with its other names is a really a dead end operation. The company is ran by inexperienced young females that don't have an inkling of the business world. Offensive rap/hip hop music plays all day which is a major distraction. They think it's cool, but it's annoying unless you are ready to work in a nightclub atmosphere. Four large T.V. monitors hang from the walls in the sales area depicting disturbing and negative images at times.

Grow up, and develop a professional business model in order to maintain and grow your business. It's imperative that you expand your service area immediately. Step outside of your comfort zone in the southern states. Upgrade your computer software so it works properly. Most importantly get a proficient auto dialer similar to the type your competitors utilize. Cut and pasting phone numbers from the Yellow Pages is antiquated, and time consuming. Please, send your new upper management back home so she can attend to things she's experienced.with. I over heard upper management talking to someone on the phone that she had not qualified as a decision maker. Nonetheless, your upper management person continued on with a shabby weak presentation with a peon. That's considered poor time management in telesales. Maybe shopping baby sitting, baking cookies, or watching reality T.V. would be more apropos for her. Practice your presentation in the mirror! Compensate your new hires with holiday pay, don't have them wait 90 days. Greed corrupts people. Pay the appointment setters a bonus when the appointment they set for you turns into a sale. Something more than a pat on the back. The next time you're fortunate enough to encounter a seasoned professional don't be so easily intimidated and bum-rush them out the door when they produced the average amount of appointments during the holiday season. Snap and always remember quality exceeds quantity. Next time you encounter a true professional leader don't get intimidated by their power. Get you head out of the clouds. you might learn something!
