In Sept. 2013 my brother bought a customer chopper off Highline Motor Group in Lowell, MA after winning money in the lottery.

In Septemeber my brother looked at a fairly new chopper and purchased it for just over $21,000-

After driving it a couple hours he parked it at his house, and the next morning, it didn't run....

After calling the dealer, he was referred to a mechanic in Billerica, MASS. He was told it would be taken care of, because the dealer and the motorcycle mechanic had done work for each other in the past.

The motorcycle went there the next day, wear it SAT for a couple of months, because he was told the carbs got shipped to Texas for repair....After calling the mechanic many time, along with calling the dealer, he got the run around....

After finding out the Carbs were no good, the mechanic ordered a new set of Carbs $1600- , was told by the mechanic that the dealer was going to cover it, however when he went to pick it up, winter is here, and The Mechanic had his hand out for the Carbs and the REPAIRS.... After my brother called the Dealer were he was told that the repairs were on him, because 30 days had past, so my brother had to pay the $1600+ to get his motorcycle..... Then after getting the run around for 3 weeks the dealer owner said he would make it right, told my brother pickup the other carbs at the mechanic and he would get reimburst for the $1600.... He got the carbs, called the owner, were he got snubbed. Again.
