They experimented on my house and misled us into believing that they had experience in this area. They dumped the project when they realized they screwed it up so badly--the house is set way too low and it flooded underneath. We have open permits, had a septic tank that drained down the property (after 3.5 years they replaced it after I pushed his WIFE), the drainage is so bad we have to have a bulldozer come in, with landscaping the cost will easily be $10,000.
The costs for all the repairs will be over $100,000.00. The time and stress has been beyond belief.
They are crooks and have never offered to correct anything. The laws in Florida are a mess when it comes to modular homes. For this reason we parted ways with our lawyer.
We have written the governor and many members of the legislature. They need to be put out of business. We will continue moving forward.
