Hillcrest Foods - Waffle House Falsely Accused of Stealing Lula Georgia

I have worked not only for hilcrest on and off for over 10 yrs but worked at the lula waffle house itself. As with any job youcan run across good and bad mgrs and co workers. We all know this. I know this story well and it didnt go down like this. I find no fact in this fanticy of a lie at all.

This individual is wrong. In my time there i worked with many work release people from the prison. I never had one that would jeperdize there time out of there by stealing most of them worked harder than us regular employees because they had to prove themselfs more then us, and were easier to replace.Also waffle house is one of many companys in the area as well as other areas that hire from the prison on this program. Which they wouldnt do if the prisoners were proving to be trouble.

There were times in my employment when schedule changes had to be made. Every manager i ever worked with made it policy and known to everyone that you were to check the schedule regulrly and never made changes that couldnt be checked on a day you worked before the date came up without calling first to see if you were available. Most mangers i worked with were as accomidting to a persons outside life and scheduling as they could be.

Also i never once in this location had any misshaps with my time and i check often. The only time i ever missed time was a whole check that didnt get entered in by accident and the manager fixed the problem before i even found out about it. On top of that the manager paid me out of their pocket till the missentered check came in. Never did i attend a meeting i wasnt paid for. There was always 3 managers there checking and checking again making sure all employees were accounted for and signed in.

On a final note to this knowing lula the way i do ifher reputaion is in ruin it is because others know she did this or cause she has done other things around the community for people to mis trust her not to mention from lula or gillsville there are quite a few small and larger city areas within 15 to 20 minutes from both where she could get a job with out small talk of lula affecting her.

Some people just need to grow up and stop trying to blame the world for their troubles lazyiness and additude when you treat people with malice and rudenessbad things happen. Rudness doesnt fly in this kind of busniness not with the customers who complain about you and your poor work habits, or with the coworkers who refuse to work with you.
