Hilliard Village Commons Association Winter Days and no plowing of snow or even salting Hilliard Ohio

I have been contacting to the President of the Condo Association about this issue during winter days. I have witness the last few days that the weather was bad and boy, i do not see any snow plow truck or even salting truck. When the President sent me an email back he mentioned that if they will do it, it will be expensive and that the dues will be high and nobody wants to pay. I have sent an email him back that, this could be the reason why because people go to work and leave early from the house and the road is bad in this hilliard village area. I have saw one kid fell on the ground while walking all the way to the main road and waiting for the bus, so you can imagine how slippery was that. Also, When i move into this area June of last year, i have notice that the garbage truck picks up the garbage in different days. So i was in the state of what is happening here? So what i have been doing is to see if other residents are taking their trash out and i will do the same thing. There are many times that we take it out Wednesdays and trash still there when i come home around 6pm. I have also informed this issue to the President. They increase the due this year and no plowing of snow or salting it? I only saw one time that they fix the road last year but only making it dark but smoothing it. I am not happy of my asociation dues every month. For that, i would love this to be investigated as i have found out that there are 522 owners in this area and i myself is $203 and this year it increases to $213.00 .. During the summer, it's nice to have a swimming pool but on top of that there's no playground for kids. There is a hiking trail back at the gym but god my god i saw a little snake one time i was running and from that day on, i quit running on that area! This village has a lot of kids and that it needs playground even with a little swing or park for kids or tennis court or badminton court as there is still a big space close to that swimming pool area. The gym equipments are even old, handles are old and theyre dirty.

On top of all, this is ripp-off!
