I had requested a postponement for mediation weeks in advance only to be notified the day before I had to be there with a numerous amount of paperwork for my case . When in mediation all that had been discussed that would be asked for in my divorce was told to me I wouldn’t receive. I was a stay at home mother for over 20 Yrs had opened a business and a month later found out my husband was having an affair with my cleaning lady. I had filed for divorce under udultry only to have attorney let go over 365 mark. My ex ask for mediation only to find out was to stall to hide hundred of thousand dollars. When time to sign mediation agreement which he agreed on , he asked me for more time to sign he in return filed for divorce against me under adultery. I sought the help of Jennifer Hills explaining my situation of the past years. Letting her know he had not been paying me spousal support and I had to close my store front and had been in approx $60,000.00 of debt I had asked her to get some spousal support. She refused to do so and said that she would get the divorce finalized in a few months and I would receive alimony. This did not happen she never even asked for alimony and allowed the divorce to linger until almost another 365 day mark!. I suffer from fibromyalgia and accute anxiety and was told her father in firm would get me disability and forget alimony. This of course did not happen because I had not paid enough into disability because I was a stay at home mother for over 20yrs. I was also seeking medical insurance which she refused to ask for.her mother a attorney of the firm was in mediation with us as well as her new baby( never disclosed to me that she was pregnant)that she proceeded to breastfeed during the entire mediation.when I realized she was not going to stand up for what we discussed in the divorce I told her I was leaving mediation. She and her mother yelled yes I said yelled at me and told me if I left I would get nothing!scared and not having slept for over 24 hrs searching for papers she told me I would need for proof of adultery on his part as well as money being hid by my ex . ( was told in beginning they were not deeded) I signed papers out of fear and exhaustion. Jennifer Hills and her firm bullied me into signing an agreement in which she knew I would never be able to cover my monthly expenses and not be eligible for disability. I now am living off a 401k struggling to work with my disabilities which I am taxed on and will run out within the next year. An issue with a vehicle in my name came about after divorce she continually billed me for emails to my exes attorney that I didn’t agree on and I’m still trying to get car back without any help from her! I warn anyone thinking of using this firm!!! They will tell you what you want to here and in the end do what is easiest for them to avoid court!! They have no compassion for people or their situation ! BEWARE!!!!!
