Hilton Grand Vacations promised us " you can go anywhere at any time", "reservations are easy" "3400 points is all you need "
Lie after lie after lie. We have held this timeshare for 10 years nowe and have never been able to get a reservation at our own "home property". We have had to go out into the rci exchange to reserve properties outside of HGVC. In 10 years we havent stayed at 1 HGVC location because we cant get a reservation anywhere.
Our 3400 points now get us absolutely nothing in terms of locations and time of the year. We are told that "we need to buy more points".
This company is a sham filled with lying andd deceptive sales people. We paid over 16k for this timeshare and it was the worst money ever spent. I would not be happy with anything short of a refund at this point.
