Hippocratic Solutions Bad customer service Fairfield New Jersey

I would never recommend Hippocratic Solutions!  We had an awful experience with this billing company.

Their customer service is terrible.  Our contact representative changed numerous times without any notice to us.  Many accounts were never followed up on. Constant complaints from patients who could never get through to billing representative, calls rarely returned.    

When we finally left this company our records were turned back over to us in a manner that was not only unprofessional but unusable.  The new billing company was not able to use the data in the manner it was given to us.  Even after attempts requesting Hippocratic Solutions to correct it.  

If you are a provider on the West coast, know that due to the time difference, and the customer service commitment, your quality of service with be quite limited.
