Hispanic Global Way Corp XCL GLOBAL 1) Charged more money 2) Want and extra $ 800 for something I never bought from them 3) Phone harassment doral, Florida

This company Hispanic Global Way or XCL GLOBAL, as it appears on my credit card statement  is a total Fraud.

I bought 2 jeans in April 2011. After that, I remember they kept calling my phone number with different offers like, "You won this price..." "We want to know how are you doing with the product you purchased from us..." and so on. I never accepted any of their offers.

On 02/27/12, around 7:00 pm, an alleged "LAWYER" called me to settle a matter on $800 because I didn't accept a second shipment, which was part of the contract, so he said. When I started to question  the person on the other side,  he said:

1) His name was MATIAS M.
2) His LICENSE # to practice law in California was LC 44263259
3) That the second shipment that I never wanted to receive was talked about in the commercial I saw before I made the telephone call to them to purchase the jeans.

 I have a wonderful memory, and I know there was not anything said in the commercial about a second shipment or about a second part to the contract. You can even see the infomercials on you tube by simply searching JEAN UP, which is the product I got from them. You could even see several advertisements for this product, and none of the talk about a 2 shipment or 2 part of the contract:

Besides, according to this person, he is a Criminal Lawyer, authorized to practice law in California,
which is not true because I already went to the CA Bar Association to find out. I could not find his name or license number there. Furthermore, why should a CRIMINAL LAWYER be calling me to settle a CIVIL MATTER (a contract is a civil matter not a penal one) ?  I have nodoubt in my mind that this is a FRAUD to intimidate humble people or people with very little education to pay something they don't owe.

 I don't have many details of this transaction because

1) It was over the phone
2) When I received my shipment, the one I really ordered, there was not receipt of the transaction, I shouldve asked for it immediately, because they actually charged me more money than they said the merchandise price was when we first spoke. I realized that until now, because I remember the actual amount I consented to pay was around $ 160, but not more than $200.
3) I paid using my credit card
4) I bought product on 04/29/11.
5) I bought product from HISPANIC GLOBAL WAY 305-716-1093 FL
6) The amount deducted for the product was 219.00
7) The amount was charged on my May, 2011 credit card statement.

Your Desired Resolution:

1) I want them to pay me the difference between what I agreed to pay and what they actually charged me.
2)I want this company to take me off  its lists immediately and stop this harassment. I want no dealings of any kind with this people.

I am seriously considering taking them to court.
