I paid them over $500 for 80 hours of call time.  They allowed me to pick my caller, pick my script, etc.  I sent them brand new leads to call.  In the first 3 days of calling, 24 hours worth, they only got me 2 leads.  I emailed them after the 3rd day asking why the caller was only doing 300 dials in an 8 hour shift as I usually have my marketers dialing 50-60 dials per hour.  The person calling for me basically said it was because it took so long for the phone to ring.  These people are calling from the Phillipines and maybe it takes longer for their phones to ring there but ours hits 4-5 rings in about 30 seconds.  It's pretty easy to dial 60 dials per hour.  I advised her of that and her response was a little short.  From that time forward she hasn't sent me one lead.  So far we have paid for 8 days of calls, 64 hours of calls- spent $500+ and have gotten nothing from it (you have to pay for 80 hours in advance).  I emailed all the people who had emailed me to sell me this deal from sales, to account specialist to the caller.  I asked them what we needed to do different, should I send them different leads, call at different times, etc.  Not one of them responded to me.  They have bascially stolen my money and refuse to speak to me.

I have all the emails to and from this company if the owner would like to respond.  This service is the appitamy of a Rip-Off!
