HIT Web Design Used To Be Heritage Solution, stole 2200 dollars from me. HIT Web Design was suppose to build me a custom website but they only install the phpfox software and could never finish the job Provo Utah

On September 2008 i contacted HIT Web Design to build me a custom website, the total amount came to 2200 dollars for the site. after 9 months, the website was still incomplete. i called but no one seem to know what they doing. what furious me the most none of the department communicate with one another. all they kept telling me the developer is modifying the website.

one of their designer made a quick layout of a design around October, after i saw it, i told her that there are a couple thing that need to be fix, because of her laziness, she told me the design department will take care of the rest. but when i called the design department, they said i have to give more money, to modify the design. i told them the design was never completed in the first place why should i give more money. and when i try to contact the designer again, she said she does not have access to my account. still today the design never got fix. i created my own design sent it to heritage, they said they are going to used it, but they never made the update

i paid heritage one year of hosting. they sent me an email regarding a soft launch. but nothing work. i pend more time on the website, looking for thing that does not work and when i called them they can't fix it. they telling they need a senior programmer to fix the problem, but they never have one in stuff after 9 months i decided to leave heritage, because of the stress and the frustration they put me through. but they are unwilling to give me my money

My website never goes lives, all they did was soft launch, at time all the banner was moving everywhere on the site. one of the programmer mess up the actual layout of the website. it took heritage week to find the problem it.

I told HIT Web Design not to bring down the site because i want to show a judge what they gave me. the home page was empty, whatever i was suppose to get was not there. the salesman told me that i was going to get a auction on the site. because we talked about it, during the sales, but later one the account manager told me that was a miss communication, i will only get a classified ads. i EXPLAIN TO her how come the design have an auction section in it, if i was suppose to get a classified ads instead. they lied to me from the start

it was hell. Please if you want your SANITY Stay AWAY From HIT Web Design. They don't have a great stuff All their Developer Are Newbies. and they don't know what they doing. all they are doing is ripping customer off. the phpfox software they sold me cust 300 dollars and the merchant will install it for 45 dollars and HIT Web Design charge me 1200. From the beginning they told me they have their own unique software made by their own programmer. THEY ARE LIAR, And THIEVES. IF You Don't want to be crazy STAY Away from HIT Web Design.

the better business bureau is handling the case i am trying to go to arbitration but i am not sure if HIT Web Design is willing to go. Now all they saying they are willing to work with me. the website was suppose to be finish in a couple week, and 9 months later. I was willing to work with them in the beginning but they asked more money

please help me i am not rich i used my credit to purchase another website but HIT Web Design is not willing to give me my money back. I have nothing to show for the 2200 dollars that i gave HIT Web Design

PLEASE IF YOU know anybody that been rubbed BY Heritage solution form Utah now it call hit design please file a report. together we will be united against those thieves.
