They are liars and try to change paperwork just before you sign. I was met at a Mc Donalds with the paperwork. The bank was never notified that the trailer wasn't insured by me. And that was because I couldn't get it insured in the county where I was camping.   The trailer came with all the same defects and damages that the salesman said would be taken care of before I received it. I had at least 20 problems with trailer, including broken heater, 3inch staples sticking up through mattresse. Too many problems to list.  The manufacturer is just as bad they have no control over their dealers. Palomino Puma a Forest River co. They gave me another dealer to do the work and they came once and said they won't be back.  The quality of Palomino Puma is poor. I bought brand new, Buyer Beware of dealer and manufacturer.
