HK Craig and Associates Drivers License Suspended Car Accident Insurance didn't pay took money harassing Sarasota, Florida

Michael Craig Driskel, the operator of HK Craig & Associates, is a convicted felon who left an enormous trail of unpaid debt in his wake when he ran other now-defunct collection agencies - hundreds of thousands of dollars.  Check out mugshots.com/US-Counties/Florida/Sarasota-County-FL/Michael-Craig-Driskel.1938628.html to see his rap sheet and pretty picture.  What a laugh that he accuses others of evading their financial responsibilities!  He, his wife Jane T Driskel and their partner, Harry K Rosenblum are scam artists pure and simple.  They use false names, make false statements, doctor and forge documents.  How the State of Florida allows such people to be licensed is a huge question.  Driskel belongs back in jail, and HK Craig should be put out of business.

 If they were a decent and upstanding company, they wouldn't represent EZ Car Rental.  Let me tell you about the scam that EZ perpetrates on people.

The consumer rents a car at a busy airport, from EZ Car Rental.  The consumer turns the car into EZ Car Rental and catches their flight out of town.  A few days later, the consumer gets an email from EZ saying that they had an accident in the car and now they must pay for the damages to the car.  There was no accident in the car, but by now the consumer is several states away and it's their word against EZ Car Rental's word.  That's the kind of crap debt that HK Craig Associates buys.  Go ahead, look up EZ Car Rental.  Look at the bogus "accident" claims they pull on consumer after consumer.  Someone ought to sue both companies.  At least get the Attorney General involved.

This is the original author of the complaint above. While I appreciate the response from HK Craig, I must again bring light to the fact that this company, is either grossly misinformed or scamming people for money after obtaining collision reports, etc. When I had my accident in 04 (the incident referenced by HK Craig) I was driving a vehicle (the vehicle referenced by HK Craig)  that I had just purchased brand new 11 days prior. The dealership, as do most dealerships, required that I provide proof of insurance as part of my contract terms.  

I am sorry, but I am far from the "uninsured motorist" stalking the streets of metropolitan America looking to skirt my responsibilities after an accident.  This particular accident, happened in the parking lot of my residence at about 15 miles an hour max. No one was in a neck brace and out of work for 6 months while I wisked away to hide from litigation.

I have called my insurance company (a top ranking nationally known company) who did the back checking on this incident and had no record of any loss unaccounted for.....

Again, the response "Invalid Complaint"  further proves why I posted here originally. 

HK Craig & Associates, LLC is a subrogation third party adminitrator that is licensed to operate in all 50 states and represents numerous insurance carriers and rental car companies in property damage and bodily injury claims stemming from uninsured motorist accidents.

The complaint lodged by this party is invalid in that they had been makling payments on an uninsured motorist claim, wherein property damages were sustained by another party and this person was uninsured and caused a motor vehicle accident. They had defaulted on their repayment plan and a petition was submitted to the DMV, as is allowed by the financial responsibility laws of their state.

This individual is simply trying to avoid their fiscal responsibility for the damages they caused to another party's property while operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
