To all who are being called by this company. This company is a ripoff scheme. We went with them after searching for several companies to save our home this past year and after the pitch we received they seemed to be the same. We had gotten in this situation as I was away in

Iraq

serving our country for the last 4 years. After sending them $2,900.00 and then the back and forth for nearly 4 and a half months they said that our lenders didnt want to approve our loan modification. They claim that they are not a loan modification company and that this bogus network of home owner legal help is much better. During our time with them we consulted with another attorney who looked over our paperwork and agreed with us that we could qualify, so we felt good as this attorney looked over our paperwork as a favor to one of his office staff. After the entire 4 and a half and useless back and forth with these non sense people who we constantly communicated with and were told that our lender refused to modify our loan. We asked for a refund and they sent us $700.00 We were totally ripped off. Furthermore we had wasted 4 and a half months for absolutely nothing. We then found a LOAN MODIFICATION COMPANY the very thing that this ripoff scam told us that they were not and that they were above and we got our loan successfully modified with them. They stepped in and stopped our sale date that was created by the total waste of 4 and a half months. We reduced our payments and all of our late payments were placed on the end of the loan and they eliminated our second mortgage all together. So what did this HLAA-David Galanter and Justice paper do for $2200.00 ? Absolutely nothing except almost cause us to loose our homes if we had not gone to a loan modification company. DO NOT ABSOLUTELY NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A RIPOFF COMPANY PREYING ON HARDSHIPS OF PEOPLE AND FILLING THEIR POCKETS WITH THEIR MONEY.
