This company had no prior record of me yet somehow managed to get ahold of my credit card number and charge me for $61.02. They left no contact info with my credit card company and are not easy to find on the internet. The only reason I was able to even track them down was because another user on this site also filed a report.
When I called they asked for my credit card number and said there was no way they could lookup my account without it. Of course I refused!
My recommendation: call them with your bank on the phone on a recorded line if possible. If they ask for your credit card and you end up giving it to them (they already have it, right? lol) make you you state specifically that you do NOT authorize any charges from this company in the future.
Also I have an attorney friend who owes me a favor. If you would like to be involved in putting together a lawsuit agains this company (there are 13 reports of this on this web site alone!) And as always, keep posting your experiences on this site...it's what saved me $61.02!!!!!
