HMS Blue 866-467-2583 charged my account for service I didn't order.

Was just reviewing my checking account online and noticed a debit of $61.02 for 866-467-2583 Long Dis for the previous day. Not sure of what this was, I called the number and of course reached an automated answering system. I selected 1 for billing and after a few questions, was told that I had signed up for unlimted long distance service with this company called HMS Blue. I responded with why would I do this when long distance is included with my cellular service. I asked if they were affiliated with Cingular or Bell South and they said no. I told them they had better reverse that charge or I would notify the authorities. They said they would, but once I figure out who to call, I am still going to report them to someone.
