We trusted HNFS to help us out of our situation. We followed their instructions to the "T". Bob, fellow that got us with the company, told us after a week or two it would be about two more weeks for the lawyers to get a hold of us.
Time went by. We sent our information in on February 11th. It is now May 10th and nothing has been done by they except for them sending in the release that we signed for our mortgage company to talk to them.
I have sent many e-mails. Called many times. I have a log of every time I called either Bob, who contacted us first to do this, and the HNFS. No one returns phone calls or e-mails.
We have heard through others that they are being indicted. We are hoping someone or a lawyer will be able to make right with the people who trusted this company and have either lost their home or almost, like us, lost their homes, and lost the money they gave to them. We were asked to pay $1622.45.
We are now starting over with or mortgage company, but have lost a lot of time.
