Hobby King Poor product and return policy Internet

Do yourself a favor and stay away from Hobby King.  I purchased a speed controller that supposedly had reverse but all I can do is go forward; which is more than I can say for their support. I tried their live chat and was told I needed to create a video and send it to them to prove I really had a problem. After some really dumb questions and 3 days they told me I needed to send it back so they could evaluate the problem.  I was then given a link to their warranty page and after filling out and submitting the form I got a message that said they had a problem with the form and couldn’t submit it! I finally got the mailing address and then found out I would have to pay the shipping to return it. Another $5.50 down the drain. It took them over 2 weeks to even look at the unit and instead of shipping me another unit I got enough store credit to purchase the same type ESC but they didn’t cover the shipping. Another $6.81 out of pocket!  So if I had taken the $32.40 I spent Plus the wait and frustration I could have bought a quality product.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
