Hobbyking defective products Internet

I purchased two 70amp motor controllers from hobbyking only to find out that they emit a signal that interferes with my 72Mhz receiver. I cannot use either of the controllers on my aircraft because the interference renders my receiver useless when my transmitter is more than 25 feet away. One of the controllers is in the original package but hobbyking will not take either of them back nor will they give me another controller that works with a 72Mhz system. Unfortunately I did not look into their history of customer complaints until after I purchased from them. After much research I have learned that once you purchase anything from hobbyking you are on your own. Do not expect customer service. It is non-existent (you cannot contact them by phone and their customer service via email is a joke). Some of their products do work but if you receive anything that has a problem you can kiss your money goodbye. Better to order from a company in the U.S. and get customer service. Yes it will cost a little more but in the long run you will save money!
