 Hoverboard 360 will only offer a in-store credit for all of their recalled hover boards. The store does not even sell kids clothing even though most of us are taking away the HB from our kids due to the recall. They won't even give their customers the choice of a cash credit OR a store credit. If they were confident with their so called clothing store they would gladly give the option for the customer to choose from which credit would work better for them. However, instead they must think it's better PR to make their customers angry and offer this ridiculous credit when all of the other HB companies are offering a full refund. When HB's are available for purchase again I will be buying mine from anywhere BUT Hoverboard 360.
