Hobkirk Enterprises Towing Inc amanda, steve or David Hobkirk Scammers Tallahassee Florida

My daughter frequently eat breakfast at Brooklyn Water Bagel and meets friends there  and none that live in the College Town Apartments.  This Sunday(9/20), she gets her car towed.  2 cars were towed from the lot per an from the College Town Apartments -she drives a 2004 Mercedes and a Cadillac got towed as well...no other cars were towed.  I called Hobkirk and they said they got an order from College Town Apartments at  W Madison St. 8505451995.  I called there and they are closed today.  It seems to me this company preys on college students and nice cars.  They were rude and would only give me their first names-Amanda and Steve.  I was also given the name of the owner David Hobkirk.  I am disappointed this had to happen but I will make everyone knows about this company and their shady business practices.  They picked the wrong car!
