Hodge Photography Brad & Julie Hodge Wedding Photographer Scam Artist Lake Elsinore, California

The worst decision I've ever made is using Brad Hodge for my wedding pix. He broke his contract, took our money, and NEVER got us our pictures. 

Our wedding was August 13, 2011.  We hired Brad in April and purchased a package for 2 photographers, CD with images, and wedding album, and disc with all our pictures.  Well it's January 14, 2012 and I NEVER received anything I paid Brad Hodge AKA Hodge Photography. 

When following up with Brad he sent me many emails ranging from sob stories to calling me and my husband "Bridezillas" and and using profanity. I have copies of all correspondence as proof.

October 31, 2011 I filed a small claim suit and court date was set for December 17, 2011.  On December 1st I received an email from Brad stating I should drop the suit because he is out of business, lost everything, is homeless and will just file for bankruptcy when he gets the money to do so. 

December 17th- Brad did not show up to court, the judge heard my case and saw all the evidence and ruled in our favor.  Brad has a judgment against him to reimburse for $890 plus court costs.  $35 to file and $65 to serve.  Brad has not contacted me nor the court to set up payment.

We have been married for 5 months.  The only product Brad provided us with is a CD with images of our engagement shoot. From then on all we have received from him are insulting emails, tons of excuses and a few treats.  

Brad and Julie Hodge of Hodge Photography took advantage of us on the most important day of our lives.  Be very careful when hiring a wedding photographer and check sites like the BBB and Yelp!
