Holdahl Companies Kerfkore Multi-million dollar company refuses to stand by defective materials Plymouth, Minnesota

Holdahl Companies and their supplier, Kerfkore supplied defective magnesium board substrate which we used to refurbish six elevator cabs in Minnesota. Because the substrate was 80/1000 too thick and was less dense, our beautiful laminate and bronze stainless steel caused over 50 panels to warp, leaving us with no choice but to totally rebuild all materials. We have met personally with representatives of both companies and have issued a demand letter from our attorneys, but neither company refuses to make this go right.

Our only alternative is to go to court which would cost us thousands of dollars more with no guarantee of recovery. This was our very first project and we do not have the additional monies it would take to go to court. Yet the pictures speak for themselves, plus we have documentation admitting that the material was defective. Our only hope is that social media will apply the pressure to settle this issue once and for all and Rip Off Reports has a reputation of shining a light on injustices happening every day.
