Holiday Ink - Holiday Enterprises ripoff, didn't hold contract agreement Buford Georgia

I am a former employee of Holiday Ink as a coordinator. Being a coordinator I felt we were misrepresenting to the potential distributors that if they did not act now they will never get this chance again. I personally reworked the same person at least 3 times. These orders came out of the corporate office from the head man himself, Nick Morrell.

Being a former employee, I was told I would recieve a weekly salary of $200/week for 90 days and after the 90 days I would then go on a 5% commission and that was going to be my income. I was also told that I might be offered the full 5% before the 90 days was up, but had the chance to decline this if I did not feel comfortable. After 30 days, I was TOLD I was going on the full 5% commission.

I also felt I was being screwed on the deals I worked. I worked quite a few that just seemed to have "gone south" and I was told that it was my fault as well because I did not do my job correctly. I followed the script they put in front of me down to every single word. If I didnt qualify correctly its because they didnt script it correctly.

Also I felt we were pressuring these people into buying this distibutorship by giving them a week to make a decision on anywhere between $16k and $56k. Would you invest $16k on something you barely knew anything about?

I heard numerous times from potential distributors that many other businesses didnt pressure them into buying their product. I was told by Holiday Ink, Inc. that "we are NOT sales people, dont try and sell this distibutorship, it sells itself" when I felt we were sales. How many people do you know that are not in sales that get paid ONLY on commission? I dont know any.
