Holiday Ink sells ink cartridge distributorships to individuals around the country. As other victims of this company have mentioned on this site, Holiday has many, many names and phone numbers and fraudulent businesses, all under one umbrella. The head liar and thief is a man named Nick Morella. He is President and owner. The head liar/salesman is named Mark Sheppard. Do NOT believe anything he tells you.
Based on promises made by Mr. Morella and many others, both verbally and in written contract, I invested close to $17,000 in one of their least expensive distributorships. I received enough ink in my original order to make back much of my investment, technically. But many of the ink cartridges don't sell at all, so I am stuck with an unmoveable $10,000 inventory. (Anyone need Epson cartridges at a greatly reduced rate?) Only the H.P. stuff sells at all, and the mark ups for me are very low, because H.P. has a patent on all their original cartridges. Holiday also lied about that.
Holiday's original classified ad said: "NO Competition."
That's a lie. There is a ton of competition.
The ad also said: "Absolutely NO selling involved!"
Another lie. I had to sell and place all the product myself, with NO help from Holiday. They charged me for 3 quality retail locations, that they promised to provide, and cashed my check, but I never even got ONE location for my money.
Whatever you do, do not get involved with this company. They make their money selling distributorships, not on ink, and you will not be able to get them on the phone once they have cashed your investment checks.
I would like to speak to as many victims as I can. Please email me or list your story on this site. Maybe together we can sue these theives.

Drew, holiday Ink does not provide locations. You contracted directly with the location company. If you have a problem with them, complain to them, not Holiday. You did not speak with me regarding any problem with Holiday. My only contact with you was regarding locations. We do not have "many phone numbers or fraudelant businesses" as you claim.
That is entirely false. If you have product that you believe does not sell, why haven't you requested exchanges for product that you favor. Holiday exchanges product on a daily basis. There is no evidence of any requests or complaints in your file except regarding locations from the location company.
There are many ink sellers, both individual and companies on the internet. Most of these people sell refilled cartridges, not compatibles or remanufactured product, and do not have guarantees.
This type of competition is very easy to combat, and in fact, there is now, and only recently, one other major company placing inkjet cartridge displays in retail stores. If this is "a ton of competition" you should not be in business.

(This is an addendum to a report I originally filed earlier this month. Posted 1/3/5)
I have been notified of Mr. Nick Morrell's intention to sue for slander if I do not print a retraction. Mr. Morrell seems to spend an awful lot of his time responding to statements on this website. (I think we all know why.) If only he had been as diligent about helping his distributors.
I would now like to retract the word thief. I have documentation to prove most of the lies told to me by members of Holiday Ink, but I suppose a court will have to decide whether the word thief is appropriate. I stand behind every other thing I said regarding their misleading and fraudulent business claims.
