Holiday Ink, Holiday Ink 4 Half Price Rip-off! Beware of this turkey! Poor communication! Buford Georgia

I purchased a distributorship earlier this year from Holiday Ink, AKA Holiday Enterprises, AKA Holiday Ink 4 Half Price. The results have been extermely disappionting. I purchased a package that promised 5 store display locations, in high traffic areas. To date, since April of this year, they have followed through on only 3 locations, all of which are very poor - located in low traffic area's and producing very little. After repeated requests, Holiday will not make good on their promise to relocate the existing locations, have still owe us two. I have personally promoted these locations with direct mailers, signage and promotional materials, with no results.

The quality of the product they sell is poor, the initial inventory included many items that do not sell very well, and the most popular cartridges are frequently back-ordered.

Holiday provides a web site for direct customer ordering that has had problems, the site is currently down and I had to find out about it from my customers. Holiday does not communicate to the distributors, they increase our costs without notification and they employ a hot-head V.P. by the name of Patrick Church who has zero people skills; who screams at distributors for raising legitimate issues.

I have repeatedly e-mailed and called the President, Nick Morrell and V.P. Rick Cascario, and never once recieved a response. The customer service staff (Generally one person) is at best incompetent.

If you're looking to get into this business, steer clear of this turkey
