Holiday Management Group HMG BOGUS FRAUDULENT HOLIDAYS RIP OFF, FRAUD HMG customer service was extremely rude and this whole transaction was a complete rip off! Nationwide

I got an unsolicited fax from Holiday Management Group Inc (HMG Inc.) and they described a Disney vacation for an unbelievable price in exchange for a 90 minute tour on the morning after I check into the hotel in Orlando.

After I decided to book the vacation the price was bumped up by $150 for the dates I wanted and also an "early booking charge" which was entirely fraudulent since the fax itself mentioned that the "offer is valid only if you call within next 10 mins".

Anyhow that is not all; after my credit card was charged for all the charges (not mentioned in the fax) I was sent another fax asking me to take the tour two days after my arrival in Orlando. So basically now I will sit in hotel for two days as I won't get the disney tickets till I take the tour . To cancel the vacation as this point will cost me $15% of the total cost . HMG customer service was extremely rude and this whole transaction was a complete rip off . Please never ever book any vacation with HMG .
