Holland America Cruises Overbooked and forgotten Seattle Washington

I had a cruise to Alaska in August.Upon my arrival (along with 52 others) we were advised that they were taking us to another motel as the one we were promised in out registration was overbookked. They brought us to a motel 10 miles fron Denali. They knew about this problem 2 weeks before our arrival and never said anything to us until we were on the trip and in the middle of nowhere. They were going to transport us to a place for dinner but ,their choice and time.
We had to get up at 5:00 AM and there was no place to go for breadfast.
We were dumped and forgotten. Because were are Senior's they saw no harm. What could we do? We also had certain stops on the way for lunch and dinners that ran out of food.
After writing to them they offered me $125.00 on my next cruise.That will never happen.
Those affected by this inhumane treatment were from all over the US and all Seniors. There have been many of us that wrote letters and they just don't care as we paid and they reaped. We have spred the word as to our treatment and hope others will NOT travel with them.
